Hi, I'm Tabitha!

I am a speaker, entrepreneur, leadership coach, and founder of Integrate Coaching, Consulting, and Leadership Development (IntegrateCCLD). I'm also an ICF-credentialed Leadership and Executive Coach, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach, MBTI® Certified Practitioner, and Leadership Development Certified Professional.

With over 25 years of leadership experience across corporate, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors—and advanced education, including an MBA and a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development—I’ve learned that true leadership effectiveness always begins within.

I must admit, I'm on a mission. I'm passionate about helping purpose-driven leaders—those drawn to deeply meaningful work—move from stress and overwhelm to confident, aligned leadership.
