Running with Endurance

blog-runner-125.10. That was the GPS recorded time on my two mile run this morning. 12:35 average pace per mile. Not very impressive at all. Every time I would look down at my watch, I would remember when a simple two mile run would take me less than nineteen minutes. What’s worse? I would remember….that the less than nineteen minutes was just only about five years ago. And just a few years ago, I could tackle the two miles in about twenty minutes.
